HOWEVS, while it's *possible* that eating lidocaine might prevent vomiting, I don't know for sure which nerves make you puke, and those might all be on the outside of your gastroesophageal tract, too far for the lidocaine to affect anything.

2021-06-20 13:01:42 +0000 UTCOk, I get prescription lidocaine for waxing my legs. According to my Dermatologist, Hair removal laser removal would cause my skin to burn. So, I get Rx grade lidocaine…if it gets in your mouth it’s awful. But, if Rx grade lidocaine is ingested, can the loss of feeling complicate your body’s rejection to poison?
