Enty, it can be hard for anyone to come out about abuse - let alone a public person- let alone an international superstar. Once that factor is removed (Michael’s death) it can change everything about the way you view your abuse and possibly contend with it. It changes your identity suddenly. I understand the need to understand why they lied, recanted and then came forward again after Michael died but we can never guess what this must have meant for his accusers. I’m thinking of Robson, etc. Listening to you unpack these timelines helps me reflect on my own experiences and heal them with compassion, now that I’m older, wiser, and feel the respect others have in their voice as they talk openly about their experiences. I look forward to the way you weave these insights of yours and appreciate the way you advocate for victims! Keep posting!
