As someone with several autoimmune diseases, I would expect fellow sufferers to have more empathy... There is absolutely no proof she faked her Lupus diagnosis. And after having seen her documentary, as someone with the disease, she absolutely has it. The pain she experiences, etc. Beyond real. That's not saying she is an angel and her kidney transplant was only due to Lupus.... But she definitely has a connective tissue disease.
