She looks at the beginning of her belly bulge. She takes your hand away abruptly, and says it's okay, elves will always be slender! Obviously she is drunk and keeps asking for more portions.
She is now dancing drunk as she drinks and eats bread with other men from the bar. You notice as she dances that her tummy wobbles a little, not much, but it is palpable that she is eating and drinking too much.
