Weekly Developer Log #5: Ship Builder Kickstarter

This time I'm bringing the new floor tiles
The first Image I made starting to assemble a ship on the 3d. That's half of the largest ship you will be able to assemble once the project is finished. We are talking about 6 grid squares of 26mm each, meaning it would be 15,6 cm (31,2cm considering both sides), this measurement does not consider the Walls or Turbines, meaning this ship would be massive if you print it at maximum width.
On the second image I'm trying to show the reinforcement that I did on the bottom part of each tile.
Each subsequent image is a render of each tile separately.
Naming the tile pieces so far it's kind of easy, I expect to complicate things when I have more pieces.

The F, stands for Floor. Tip means that this piece is part of the front of the ship. X and Y are the Axis looking the ship from top view where Y is the back to tip and X are the sides. A is the variation for the piece, later on I could create variations on the tiles like: Holes (Cargo doors, Gun holes, Respirators), broken pieces (sunken ship) and etc.
For next week:
With the basic tiles done I will test print them again and check if the still bend. I will also start planning the sides rails. I can already see that I will need more than one option, and this will also lead me to create stairs.
