You could do a diorama style of release with a bigger base (like the dwarven expedition and the vancleef one from before) but instead put three or more characters in it. You can have your patreons choose the characters through a poll (or you choose). The story of the diorama can also be decided by voting (or you make the choice so you'll be happy while making it).

I'd personally love Archimonde/Kil'Jaeden as they're the ultimate villains in WC3 :)

Depends on how wild you're thinking. Something human-sized. Definitely something along the lines of what Thannak said. For something truly wild, you could always attempt the Armored Magma Dragon Aspect.

Hahaha me too but to make that I would need more time, and this probably would not be possible. But I guess making an uncaped Patron commission would solve that problem.

Lost Vikings is just huge epic nostalgia for me too - actually thinking back that was my first ever Blizzard game, without me ever really realising as such a young kid. I've never thought about that until now either.

Well, Blizzard tends to use a themed Murloc for their big events. They also used to use crossover of their IPs as a special thing before that was just a mark of Special Edition Battlenet stuff and a game Activision abandoned. They also did meta stuff like the Tauren Chieftains band or the voice actors/writers doing stuff (which has aged badly in light of recent events in many cases). Their “anniversary collection” had their older games. So my ideas would be a Murky specific to you, something from Diablo/Starcraft/Overwatch/Hearthstone that you like and possibly is Warcraft’d up, a meme you like, or the Lost Vikings. I do love the Lost Vikings for childhood nostalgia personally. Might not appeal to many other people though.
