Hello everyone!
Yesterday ideas kept popping on my head and I decided to make the blockout of all the workers before moving and start adding details.
At first, I would make one male and one female worker and change the head and repose to call as a different miniature, but the idea and visuals kept me from doing that.
Let's talk about the NPCs, even thou they are different releases I will also discuss my ideas for militia version (Just to make myself clear, militia will be the same NPCs in a new pose with armor and "weapons"):
Female worker brown hair: She was the first to be created, I started her design thinking on making her as an Engineer Trainer, at first, she would have no jacket only a tank top (Gym style), but later on I added. Her hand option would be a Wrench. Militia version: Chest plate, and one shoulder armor. Weapon Rifle with scope, or Wrench and cog shield.
Female worker blond: I wanted some sort of casual NPC, I started with an Inn keeper or a City hall worker using a dress. Her hand options are Broom, Mug, quill, beer tray and notebook (a block of paper, not a computer). Militia Version: Chest, shoulder Armor, Armored bracers face guard, 2H Spear, 2H broom, Shield, sword and daggers.
Male Blue hair: I also wanted to create a not physical related male laborer, so I went for an Auction House manager. Hand options are Auction Hammer and papers. Militia version: Chest armor, shoulder armor, armguards. Weapons 2H Bow, Pistols.
Male Brown Hair: Since the theme was worker and I did not want to reuse Gelvin's body I started thinking what kind of worker can I make? The answer I came up with was miner. Hand options: Pick and Lantern. Militia Version: Chest, Shoulder armor and faceguard. Weapons. Sword and Shield.
There is one last idea that was the Alchemist but this one will be delayed because changing my plans and added different clothing for the NPCs might have increased my workload a bit and I don't know if I will have time to make one extra, but I want to make it.
All of them will also have hands without objects.

I will start detailing with the Engineer and will open a WIP for each of them.
