Monthly Report - August 2022

Hello everyone!

Today is the last day of the month, and it's time for another report.

In terms of production, this month happened according to the initial plan except that I have changed TDC_Tok'zreth, The Loreseeker for Nyd'la and I also found a bit of time to add a repose for a model, making it more useable for some of you.

This month I had a branding problem but I am sorting this out, it's already in process (waiting for anyone to open a complaint about the brand, it will stay this way for 60 days).

I could also manage time to work on a 06 Month Loyalty reward, I will probably need 2 or 3 months to finish this.

Piracy:

This month I would like to talk about piracy. One of my followers on Instagram is part of an STL file distribution group (I don't judge him) and he sent me a picture that there are people requesting my miniatures on the group. While I feel honored that people wish for my miniatures, this should not be the way.

If you do share, I probably won't be able to take action against you, I don't have the resources like Artisan Guild, Arch Villain games, or other creators. 

To those who don't know me, I lost my job during the Pandemic and started sculpting for a living, I have no intention on going back to Engineering, and my dream is to grow as a company, so this is my full-time job. As a creator, I am not in a financial safe position, the revenue from Subscriptions+sales is not close to my monthly expenses, but thanks to your support I am getting there. 

After reaching my expenses I set a value for savings (I need to consider retirement someday and also because changing hardware costs money, and you never know when you will need it). After the saving, I will start reinvesting the resources to hire people to help (More miniatures or better quality on renders/support).

Once a Patron told me "here buy some cokes", it's funny because I could really buy a coke and only that lol, but if you join many cokes, well I could pay my electric bill for instance. That being said, every dollar makes a difference to me, so please, if you do care about my job or the miniatures hobby don't share, this would only make harder for small creators or even end their careers.

These releases will be available only on Patreon during September and will be available for Tribes in October. With this, we will finish The Dark Council Theme.

If there is still time in September after releasing those miniatures I can make a repose or pick one miniature from my wishlist/Backlog to work on.

Changes in the Welcome Pack

Joining the welcome pack starting from August there will be 2 new sets: Modular Male Draenei and Armored Elekk Mount

With this addition, the welcome pack will consist of a pack of 18 miniatures.
