New Support Tier

Last week I had a meeting with people from Apoia.Se, a Brazilian crowdfunding platform, similar to Patreon. In that meeting, we discussed many things among those they told me that my ticket was too low and I should offer a bit more reward for those that love my work and wished to contribute a bit more. Also, some people might also be interested in paying a bit more if I give something in return for the community (To help those that can't afford it).
After pondering about this matter over the weekend I reach the conclusion that I can't offer more than what I currently offer, well, at least not for now. I do wish to grow and pay people to do things I don't like (Supports and 2d stuff), and also hire 3d artists to produce more miniatures each month.
Without adding too much to what I do so I can't get out of the way these are the Tiers that I am thinking of adding:
Council (5 slots) 15 U$
You are an amazing person that loves my work and wishes to support me a bit more:
- You will receive the same as the Merchant Tier,
- You will help me decide on the Themes, remove or edit the themes, or make something new with me. The Theme will be voted by the community.
- Guaranteed slot on Patron Commission, your slot will not be part of the others. But the voting will be the same.
- When I seek guidance I will ask the Council first.
Gentle Soul (unlimited) 10 U$
You wish to help others by supporting me
- You will receive the same benefits from the Adventurer
- Each Patron on this Tier will open a slot on Bannerman, if a Patron leaves, the slot will close (but those subscribed will be there)
- Every 15 Patrons, one older model will be Free forever. Voted by Gentle Soul and Council, at the beginning of the month.
Bannerman (Limited by Gentle Soul) 3 U$
The flag you are carrying was given to you by a Gentle Soul
- You will receive the same benefits from the Adventurer, Except you won't be able to take part in the Patron Commission, but you will receive them once ready.
Why not lower than 3U$, Patreon warns me that lower than 3U$ is a bad value because of taxes and fees, meaning the rewarded value would be much lower.
This is what I could think of, what do you guys think?

I think I pay $10 just now as I felt that was a better payment than what was offered but i'm definitely happy to pay the $15. The Gentle Soul / Bannerman idea is different, I've never seen that idea before, could be really cool and certainly an incredibly cheap way to get involved if you're unsure when a friend recommends you.
