Hello everyone!
Another month has ended.
This month was Fast and Furious, I don't really have much to say about it lol. Not too many problems and not too many good news, only the usual.
Miniatures released this month:
The next theme selection poll is open, it's almost a tie, if you wish to change votes now it's a good time. Also if you wish to cast down your mercy votes and save those with less than 10 votes, please do it (the next idea could be even worst, or... extremely good, you never know). Here is the link to the post:

What's coming in May:
These releases will be available only on Patreon during May and will be available for Tribes in June.
Wishlist or Backlog (Things to make)
This is a list of things that I think are some cool ideas that I could not make because of time constraints that I will do once I have free time. I will keep it here as a reminder.
Changes in the Welcome Pack
Joining the welcome pack starting from May there will be the Blood Elf Paladin.
I don't usually take commissions but, I was requested to sculpt two miniatures for a wedding, and the idea of having one of my miniatures next to a super important event in a couple's lives was so exciting that I had to accept. As part of the deal, I requested to share this sculpture with you guys. Since the wedding has passed, I will now share his miniature on the welcome pack. His wife's miniature will be available as a welcome pack in June. I also took in March/April another wedding commission that will be available later this year.
With this addition, the welcome pack will consist of a pack of 13 miniatures.
My favorite miniature
My favorite miniature this month was War. I don't like WOW Orc but, working on him I made him into something that I like a bulky fighter (and Tank, my favorite role), I really have spent hours on Him, I think that in the end, it was a well-invested time. It's a shame that many of the small details did not show on the print but, this only proves that he can be printed at a bigger size lol maybe it's overkill (probably your players deserve lol).
Final considerations
Since January I have been trying to strike a balance between Patreon, Commission, and personal life, always prioritized in this order. I kept a timesheet to better organize my working hours.
The thing that I realized is that working from 25-25 of each month is a dream, I could not even once do it. Working on the weeks and taking a break on the weekends did not work either. The reason for that is if something happens during the week I have to compensate on the weekends and then things end like this month when I deliver the last miniature almost at the end of the month. I don't like this feeling, I like things on schedule.
To make better use of the time, I will work non-stop until the 20th day of the month, this way, if something happens I have time to adjust the schedule. After making the last delivery I will take a break. I think this change will be for the best, next month I will experiment with it.
The process of each miniature will be the same: Collect data, Blockout, detail, pose, detail, support, print, render and release. I can't guarantee that I will make any changes but, always leave your comments on the WIP posts, that's the reason it exists, I'm always open for suggestions and my designs are not set in stone.
This month I lost more support than won, my first shrink after 11 months. This won't stop me, it's only a minor setback.
Those that are leaving this month, farewell and I hope to see you soon. If you don't mind, send me a DM to tell me about your experience and how can I improve.
Thank you all for the support you have given me, this is only possible because you are here.
Best regards,
Ivo
