Hello everyone!
Update January 8th
I have created a monster! Hahaha this is by far my most daring project lol.
The build plate is completely full with a single miniature, 6cm Base, the character is taller than 75mm because she is in the 75mm scale (for a Human), I guess I should scale her a bit down to leave her a 75mm size instead 75mm scale... too late for regrets.
I am scared to hit the play button on the printer lol, but I must face it.
Update January 7th
What NPC's do when you are not near... lol
To be honest, I loved the pose. I have posed her in a relaxing pose looking over the horizon in her Tower's balcony.
I am currently working on her hair and will do her cape next.
The thing is, thanks to that wall she is not a practical miniature for tabletop and since I loved the character and pose, I have decided to put a bit more work into this miniature and make her my first 75mm (inside the Patreon) but, to keep the request, I will also add a 32mm scale version. I am still thinking about where I should do the splits.
Since I have the model unposed and the pose suggested was a simple one, I will make a simple pose for her as a 32mm scale Tabletop model.
Both models will be available this month, after the Tabletop will be a 3 Month Loyalty, and the 75mm will be a 6 Month Loyalty.
This add of scope will take a toll on my monthly production but it will be worth it.
Update January 6th
I have added more detail to some parts, now I will finish the cape and do a check to see if I will add more detail to some other parts. After that, I will be sculpting the Base and posing.
The Patron requested a Non-combat relaxing pose. where she was sitting idly in a branch. I can't imagine sculpting a floating branch for a miniature, making a tree for her to sit would be hard to manage as a 32mm board game miniature. I will replace the tree with a balcony where she sits, watching the horizon and gently managing her hair against the wind.
This pose would definitely look cool in a 75mm scale to paint, but slicing the model and hollowing the pieces would take time.
Update January 5th
Adjusted the height so she is now almost if not equal to Ysera height. Blocked a few pieces of armor.
Today I will block the remaining armor pieces and start adding detail to some pieces.
--- End of Update ---
I have finished the character Blockout (At least the body). Initially, I thought that she was the same size as a High Elf (32mm - 1,8 Meters tall) so I placed her side by side with the last model, as you can see in the picture the size difference is huge since the other model was based on the Night Elf standard high (2,20 meters tall I believe).
I could not find any reference to how tall she is in humanoid form, if you know, please leave it in the comments so that I can adjust her size.
In the older models, there was simply a recolor from both but I decided to make a fresh start and combine some pieces of art from cosplayers and detailed artwork supplied by the Patron.
The pose request is a sort of Idle/resting pose, but this might still change.
I will keep updating this post as I move along with the sculpt.
Best regards,
Ivo
