I have figured out why, but I don't agree with the process, I will open a support ticket, to see what can be done to improve.

The thing is, MMF has Group and Subgroup,

My idea was to make Group based on tiers and I attach miniatures according to those tiers

And subgroup would be the source Patreon and Catarse users, this would help me manage user lists easier and have a single miniature list attached to the group.

When in Group view I can see all products attached and the total user list from both subgroups.

The problem is, that the users from the subgroups have access only to miniatures attached to their subgroup instead of the whole group miniatures. To test this I have added my e-mail to the main group as a test so that's the reason I could see all, once I created a subgroup to test and added a new e-mail I could not see any product, so I added a new product to that group, and It worked just fine.

I will wait for the reply on MMF, in the meantime, I will add the miniatures to the subgroup.

Yesterday I have found how it's done in MMF, it took me a while but I figure it out.

I have sent, redeem e-mails with the list of miniatures in the current welcome pack.

Since I am new and don't know how it goes, can someone be kind and give me a feedback in this redeem? Did I made it right?

On Minihoarder I pull the list with a button click and select products everytime. On MMF I create a group list and load files to that group. So I will have to manage groups manualy.

Minihoarder is way more simple to give unique products and it's garanteed to not miss anyone, on MMF is giving products in the long run is less time consuming but the risk of missing someone is huge.

If we change to MMF I will have to organize myself better but there will be a gain of time. To manage the list on MMF I think I will follow this procedure:

• New Patron: Manualy upload single user e-mail to preexisting list
• End of the month: Last day of the month, delete all users and upload a new user list to make sure no one is forgotten.
• Day 01: Last give for new users of the last day of the month.
• Day 02 of the month: Change miniatures available, Delete list, upload a new list, this will remove Patrons that unsubscribed, and I can refresh the list.
