Monthly Report - November

Hello everyone!

November is coming to an end and it's time for another Report! Instead of a group shot, I decided to work with renders and do a picture of all the things that were made this month, that will be available on the miniature Vault as a welcome pack. Preparing these renders will help to make the front page updated so that people can see what there is in the welcome pack.

Personally, I am not happy with the group shot because I am in doubt whether or not to include variations in the render. Maybe I should create small icons to represent those variations and leave the main model bigger. 

Let's talk about what was released this month, by order of release:

• Patron Commission October: Demon Illidan
• Loyalty Reward: Night Elf Hero (Illidan)

• Defenders Of the Glade - Night Elf Archer - Leana Gentlebreeze
• Defenders Of the Glade - Night Elf Archer - Running Pose
• Defenders Of the Glade - Saber Panther - Pose1
• Defenders Of the Glade - Sentinel - Riding Pose 1

After tomorrow, Patron Commission October will only be given in November next year or on special events. And Loyalty reward NE hero will be available only after 3 consecutive months of subscription. The remaining miniatures will be available in the Vault until the end of February.

What's to come in December:

Wish I knew the future lol. December releases are a complete mystery because they will be picked in the poll Special Patron Commission | Imagine Minis on Patreon, if you wish for a specific miniature share the link with your friends and ask them to vote on that miniature. 

The first miniatures from December were already decided: 

• (Duo) Human Paladin in judgment armor facing off against an orc Shaman in Ten Storms armor.

December Schedule

Usually, I try to work 40-44 hours per week and save the weekends for the family, when something goes wrong during the week I change days so that the miniature production is not affected by that. For December there will be Christmas and New Year and I will probably be making a family trip by the end of the month, so I will be putting in a lot of time at the beginning of the month so that the miniature releases are not affected. 

I expect to finish miniature sculpting by the end of December 20th, this should allow me to sculpt 3-4 miniatures, from December 21th forward I will be doing some light work (Renders, Organizing folders, Updating stores), I will be taking my notebook on this trip but it is not as good as my Desktop and I won't have the printer to test print models. 

Due to the Special Patron Commission, it does not make sense to open a poll for December Patron Commission at the beginning of the month, to solve this problem after the Special Patron Commission closes (On December 20th) I will be opening a request, and open a poll from those requests for the December Patron Commission. 

During Christmas morning (December 25th) I will deliver to all Patrons all miniatures from past commissions, the delivery will happen only once on Minihoarder.com, if you wish those miniatures, please set up your Minihoarder account with the same e-mail as Patreon. Delivery will be made only once, and after that luckily there is a new feature on Minihoarder that will wait for you to create your account and automatically give you what was given.

Updates

Tomorrow I will be cleaning the Google Drive Folders and changing the links, miniatures from August won't be available on the Vault, starting tomorrow.

I will also be doing things a bit different, instead of having a pinned post (I can only pin one) with the google drive link, I will pin a post with some useful links from other posts like an opened poll, GD link post, and etc, this way I think things might be a bit more organized.

Final considerations

This was one of the best months of my Patreon, the amount of new supporters has grown so much probably the best I have seen so far.  We have reached a new goal of $200, from now on there will be 7 requests slots for the patron commission poll.
