Speed Bag
Added 2023-10-29 17:22:23 +0000 UTCBoxers can't look away. As long as their arms still work, their eyes are trapped by the speed bag, unknowingly hypnotized by its swinging movement. Their minds go numb as all their oxygen is taken up by their muscle, their eyes glazing over as their thoughts are taken up by a single purpose.
They don't know how long they've been doing it for, each visit growing longer as their arms widen thicker and thicker. The image sticks in their memories, taking up more space in their head the longer they do it. Their eyes get lost in the distance as they recall it, reinforcing the permanent reminder to keep going back as other things start to slip their mind.
Soon it's all they know how to do, hit the sack and see their body grow.
