Home Gym

He worked from home and there wasn't a gym nearby, forcing him to drive over 20 minutes to the nearest one in order to lift and get cardio in. He'd finally had enough, deciding to invest in home weights, thinking he'd get cardio in on his own. He was wrong.
He barely left his house anymore. He no longer had a reason to go out, easily able to order everything to him. He lifted in his garage, keeping a more consistent schedule, excited when he saw his body growing much thicker quickly. He didn't realize it was being stuck inside all day that caused it.
His diet had barely changed. He still shoveled in calories for his workouts despite almost all his movement being confined to his garage and living room. Without an outlet, all his excess energy was stored. He was excited watching his body and muscles grow, ambivalent to the definition disappearing from his body. All he saw in the mirror was progress.
His body took on a smooth round appearance, shaped by the musculature wrapped in fat. He didn't care that his neck and chin were swallowed by his body, or that his chest had grown soft and hung low. Despite the heavy marbled beef across his body, it was still meat, and that's all Lou cared about. It would only be a few months until it was all hidden under soft lard.
