Xander didn't know what was going on. He'd always been a little chubby, but ever since his doctor's visit he wasn't the same. They'd discovered he had low testosterone, ending up getting prescribed a booster shot to fix it. But now, every morning Xander looked in the mirror his body felt more foreign with him struggling to recognize it as his own.
The first change was his size. He thought the shots might make him stronger, more masculine, but it had the opposite effect. He quickly started packing on weight, but instead of muscle, fat had begun wrapping itself across his body. Within days any definition or tone on his body was gone, layers of lard covering everything with a soft round appearance.
The next thing to go was his body hair. He had ample, but now his body could no longer grow it. any trace falling off. It felt weird having his skin sliding against itself without any friction, just plush cushiony mass that creased against itself. At this point his body was made entirely of plump curves of smooth vanilla, continuously growing around him.
All his weight soon started to pile on his chest and legs, his rear growing thicker and thicker while his pecs pointed further and further out. He felt as if he were growing into a cushion, growing softer with pillowy flesh attached to his torso. He didn't know if it would stop. He found himself at twice his size once he was back at the Doctor's. What was even stranger is the doctor's eyes seemed to gleam once they set their eyes on him.
