Coaching Role

He was a teacher already, but always felt he could do more for the kids, get them to grow stronger and excel in their lives. The school gave him access to the sports office and a new uniform, but he was shocked when he saw it was an XL. He asked to get it replaced with a smaller size, but the admin just laughed.
He didn't expect how much a time-sink his new role was in combination with his time teaching. He was on the campus all day and night. All his free-time was gone, sucked up by hours of practice and mandatory meetings for the league he had to attend. With all his time spent on the clock, he didn't have time to exercise, instead coming home and crashing on the couch.
It didn't take long for Winston to start packing on the pounds. Despite being out on the field during training, he just stood there watching the athletes work, his body stagnant not spending any energy. He began growing heavier fast. His chest and stomach softened, pushing out on his torso. The shirt that had previously draped over him had filled out, slowly beginning to grow tighter and tighter stuffed with his body.
Soon the bottom of the shirt struggled to stay down as his gut pushed out against it, constantly riding up and exposing his midriff. He tried to hide his second chin by growing out his beard, but the scruff did nothing to hide the fact that his jaw had combined with his neck. The students got to watch him grow rounder and rounder, turning into an absolute unit standing out on the field. Now whenever he was in his office, his shirt was stuck rolled up, unable to cover the new size of his sitting belly exposed to anyone who walked in.
