All it took was for him to watch the video once and he was hooked. He was just a new guy at the gym who was working out around the same time I did, just another guy taking up space on the free weights. He was enormous, lifting about the same weight as me, his muscles huge and toned. It was annoying having a rival there.
It was manageable at first, my workouts taking only a little longer having to wait for him to finish his sets, but the last straw was when he'd already progressed heavier than me and was now taking twice as long to recover. I couldn't have him in the gym anymore.
At first I played nice, pretending to be a supportive friend. Once his guard was down I sent him a hypnotherapy video while we were working out, one I had sourced online from a good source.
He was sucked in only after a few moments of it playing. With the noise right in his ears from his headphones and his eyes captured by the images, his simple mind couldn't escape. I finally got to complete my first workout in peace, the man sitting vacantly off to the side with his mind trapped. Once the video ended he walked out of the gym, having entirely forgotten about his workout.
Now whenever he'd arrive he'd pull out the video to watch it, habitually programmed to lock his mind in a trance. His muscles quickly diminished, losing their size and definition from his lack of activity just sitting there the entire time. A fat gut had started pushing itself onto his waist from all the extra calories he still consumed, his torso growing soft with fat tits. Soon all his muscles had disappeared under a solid layer of fat, his bulging body on constant display in the gym for what happened to men who got in my way.
