Frat Dad

It would require a brother to take a position that would work with the university as an inside man, an RA to impose rules on the house. Everyone rolled their eyes, knowing that with a brother picked they were safe anyway. It became a joke, everyone calling the position the 'house dad'.
The frat expected nothing to change when they elected a laid back brother Troy, someone all the brothers got along with. He always wore his cap backwards and never made a big deal about anything, but the moment he began talking with college housing he changed.
He started imposing new strict rules on the house. Curfew. Kitchen and TV access. Shaving mandatory. He used the excuse housing was making him do it, but after the brothers talked to other frats none of them seemed to have those requirements. No one could call Troy out on it though. Troy would be mad the moment anyone questioned his authority, threatening to kick them out of the house and frat, potentially the college. He could treat brothers however he wanted, expecting blind respect returned.
He was a hypocrite, exempt from his own rules. He could go about the house however he wanted as if he owned it, helping himself to the fridge and tv, never needing to shave. It was only a matter of time before his body started to change too. A permanent scruffy beard was wrapped around his growing second chin, his body rounding out with fat before none of his clothes fit him. He was at least twice his size now only ever wearing sweats.
It seemed he had taken the role as house dad literally, and there was nothing the frat could do about it. They had started literally calling him 'Dad' as an attempted insult, but Troy only seemed to take it as a badge of honor, feeling pride whenever the word was mentioned. It wasn't long until he demanded that was all he could be called as well.
