It was a mistake to book a two-month cruise, but Alan didn't realize it at the time. He had been so excited at the prospect of getting to relax and travel around the world, he didn't realize the consequences it would have on his body. He quickly fell into a lethargic schedule aboard the boat with very little active things to do. He was left to build indulgent habits lazing about the boat, briefly seeing the cities they'd stop at, the most of his time spent eating.
He didn't realize it at first, but soon enough he was finding himself getting fatter and fatter with the inability to stop. He'd look in the mirror to see the pudgy belly that had taken over his abs, wrapping widely around his torso giving him little room to bend. His body had taken on a more cushiony appearance, a large mass of lard that jiggled with every step. His hunger was persistent, the habit of keeping his stomach filled to the brim only increasing his appetite with his body constantly demanding more.
With his indifference towards his body and lethargic lifestyle came the hair. He wouldn't bother to take care of it, too placated by his passive indulgence to trim it. He could feel it growing all over his body, fuzzing up the pudgy flesh under the increasingly tight clothes. He was too lazy to take care of it, apathetic to he looked to the limited passengers on the boat. It wasn't like he was going to see them after it.
It wasn't long before the only clothes he fit into anymore were his tight undershirts, the tanks barely able to contain his growing waist and stomach. The fabric stretched across his body, digging into his sides as it tried to wrap around him. He felt like a stuffed sausage walking around the boat. He had grown used to the feeling, embracing his new soft body and not caring who saw him. It was only a matter of time before it became near impossible to take off the tanks that clung to his pudgy body, his mind helpless wondering what he could even do next, much less after he returned home.
