Home Workout

Men usually think that home workouts are enough. They figure that with their body weight, pushups, crunches, and squats are enough, that that's all it takes to get strong and stay fit. They watch as their muscles tone up, their chest and shoulders get broader, their arms thicker. They don't realize it just enforces their habit of laziness.

They stop shaving their beard and let it grow out, no longer trimming their body hair that spreads across their skin like wildfire. They don't notice as their lack of outdoor activity keeps them locked inside, forcing them to gain weight with their midsection getting fatter and fatter. They don't care, as long as their chest and arms are large enough, they can't see the soft fat tire that slowly wraps around their stomach.

The extra weight only motivates them to continue working out from home, thinking all this extra mass is muscle. Their arms and legs continue filling out, this time wrapping themselves in fat. Their workouts no longer become about definition, but about size. They can feel it, their shirts growing tighter every day, their pants getting harder to button up. They don't realize their body is becoming a pillow, their figure constantly growing wider and softer.

No matter how big they get, they only see it as strength. Their weight finally catches up to them. They're no longer able to do their exercises, but they don't care. Their laziness has taken root in their mind. They have become so used to the changes they no longer see the benefit of workout out. They're comfortable with their body knowing the extra padding won't go away, embracing their new curves and weight permanently.
