The Chairman normally deposits money into this account in batches and at some point (don’t know when), Dongju take 39 billion won from the Chairman. The account before Dongju deposits the first 2 billion won shows there is already 1.4 billion dollars (~1.4 trillion won). Then from there Dongju hacks their system and gets them to check when he does send the last two batches of money he promised so he can see them enter their password. Afterwards he changes the password to the account and essential steals back his money as well as the entirety of the 1.4 billion dollars in the Patriotism Fund.
