I personally don't believe the flower ponies are related to each other. Lily might still have a sibling or two, but if so I don't think those siblings are Daisy or Roseluck.

Lily was the only child in a family of 5, her parents and grandparents. Pa and Ma always busy working to make a living, then her grandparents in retirement take their place to raise Lily. Her grandparents lived through the craziness when they were young, they suffered much. And they saw Lily as their greatest tressure in the world, so they tried their best to avoid any bad influence that could hurt Lily. After all those years of protection, Lily is now perfectly innocent and super shy. But her grandparents pass away years ago....

I would like to see more world building, and with how the world in Canon is right now, I think you have full freedom to do what you feel is the best for your story. It would also be interesting if she comes form a queer couple! MM or FF. That being said, I agree with the sentiment of you doing what is best for you! If it is too much hassle, then you can keep e'm off screen.

Good! I have Lily's parents together too. I wanted to do something were the Dad would be tough on Spike, but it's hard seeing that from her family. Like you said, Lily's parents live in a different town as you'll see we allude to in the next episode tomorrow. :) Thank you, Cogwheelbrain.

My headcanon, Lily's parents are both earth pones, happily married, and had something to do with plants. Nothing too exotic, but maybe they live in a different town (but started in Ponyville?). As for sisters, I good with them (Roseluck, Lily, and Daisy) being sisters or them all being close relatives (cousins?) that grew up / lived together.

Very nice. Thank you. I am glad you mentioned them being cousins. Something I thought it maybe they were a group of friends in school and became known as the flower ponies, so they didn't have to have the same parents. I read through the wiki and nothing thankfully ties them as family members.

That would certainly cause a stir among the community. ;D Already got plans for Ms. Harshwhinny.

Maybe a mature mare we already know? Mayor Mare, Miss Harshwhinny, or Prim Hemline, perhaps. :3

I always imagined that the 'Flower sisters' were more like cousins that grew up together, rather than direct siblings. I also thought of their various parents being the source of their panicking ways. Except maybe for 1 single or pair of parents that happened to be very level headed and maybe a botanist that specialized in dangerous-to-find plants
