Book Bug Episode Discussion
Added 2021-03-01 16:01:02 +0000 UTCThis was a fun one to make. I got a few insider tidbits of info for you all. In the last panel there is a pink pony. I don't know what her name is, but she is from the Gameloft mobile game and called "Historical Bookshop Pony??" I think that's her name? Does anyone know her actual name? I would love to give her a proper name. I think her design is cute, but sadly the wiki didn't have a photo of her. I had to use the game image on my phone as a basis.
In panel one there are two background characters who got a position in the comic thanks to a kind Patron who asked if two of their friends could make it into the comic. The red mare is named Soda and she has appeared in a few other comics and works by the pony community. She is the persona of a real person I am told.
The character beside her is her friend maybe more? His name is Anchor Kwill. They have also appeared in various forms of media by the pony community, and usually with Soda. I don't know the full story, but congrats you two for getting in the comic. Your friend who go you in really likes you two. :) NOW KISS!
Lastly, lots of dumb book names in the background as always. Other than that, have a nice week!
