New Big Mac Design, What Should We Do?

You may recall recently we did a slow transition into Soarin's new color scheme. As had hoped, no one seemed to notice his color change to make him appear more different than Rainbow Dash. Now it's time to check another thing off our list. Big Mac being the most inconsistent and poorly drawn character! It doesn't even look like him!
So we've been working on a new design for him. We don't want his new design to be SO different everyone notices, but we also want him to look more like, you know, Big Macintosh. So do any of these designs stand out as better to your, or should we go back to the drawing board? Personally, I am partial to A and B. I'm a tad worried 'A' makes him look much too young and more of a "pretty boy." I do like the unique angle we gave his snout. 'B' I think would be the least noticeable change, but I hope it looks more like him. One thing for certain, current Big Mac needs improvement.

A and D (with the snout) feel more identifiable. B looks like AJ in some ways, so it could also work.
