We Made It, Here We Are

Nine years ago almost on the day, My Little Pony:Friendship Is Magic premiered to us all. Just yesterday, October 12, 2019 the series came to an official end. Why do I bring this up? Because without this series, Adorkable Twilight & Friends and the community we share wouldn't be here.

Adorkable roughly started in 2014 to a rough start. We took time off, came back in 2015 and never looked back sense. Sure we've had highs and lows, but from that we've always come back stronger. We've made great friends and have an awesome community I wouldn't trade for the world. You all, in your own ways, have personally touched my life and the lives of others on the crew. You've helped us make our dreams come true, to share something we love with you. It brightens our hearts and makes us smile you love it as well. We grow, we fall, and we feel for these characters... because they are more than that... they represent us and our lives. We see us in the them.

Together we have forged alliances and best of all, we made genuine friendships.

And here we are, 9 years later for MLP and 4 years later for Adorkable. MLP:FiM started our foundation. But we built it up and made it grow.

It is with a heavy heart to see the show that sparked so much change in our lives come to an end. It did so much, brough so much happiness. Heck, we spent nearly a decade tuned to it and the communities. But here we are, not at a crossroads, but ready to blaze a trail. We have not forgotten our foundations or our origins. We know the past. But we look forward to the future and step forward together in strength, in love, in friendship. We have grown so much after all these years and we can tackle anything together.

Thank you community for being here. Thank you for being a part of Adorkable Twilight & Friends and MLP because without you, we wouldn't be here. Here's to a great future ahead. Thank you.
