Originally the brand was going to hit her first, then the rain, then she was going to freak out at some woodland creatures taking their stuff... it was going to be a bear or a fox or some angry wolves that end up jumping towards her as if they were going to attack. Then the comic would have ended....

I imagine this is going to end with Twilight getting really angry at Applejack, and asking why she wanted to torture her this badly.
