San Expedito (full issue and background prose)

Raul here! Dont know why I clarified that when its my Patreon but whatever. So I finished the first chapter of San Expedito! Below you'll find an attached hi-res version with all 52 pages.
I'd say there's still stuff ill want to go back and correct or tweak but Im pretty happy with what I got done! Its the first time ive drawn or written anything longer than a few pages so I think its ok to feel a lil proud in this moment.
Thank you guys so much for your support and I'll have news on what Ill be doing with this first issue very soon. Whatever I do, every $3+ tier patron will be getting a printed version as soon as I'm able.

A little background on this project:
It began in mid-late 2020. Webtoon
LatinAmerica had approached me about possibly doing an ongoing series since the new editor liked my work. They let me know that if I'd like to make a proposal or pitch for a possible project going forward they'd love to hear it and so I'd at least consider it.
This came at a very hard time, so hard in fact that I hadn't really drawn in a few months. I'd only recently started drawing again after me and my friend Agustin (@dreamondayz on ig) started recreating panels or illustrations from the Dragon Ball Manga. In the previous months I'd recently experienced a series of losses that had kind of severed any need for creative thought to say the very least.
So I met (via zoom) with the editor (who's really nice just fyi) and we talked about what it is Webtoon is doing as well as what I would be doing if we went further in discussions. I took time to think of what kind of story I would want to tell and what kind of story would also be sustainable since I have such a short attention span.
I'll continue with more of the background info behind this comic after the next issue is done since Ive written it every which way and its always filled with potential spoilers.
