Marilyn Monr’Oreo

Still trying to find ways around my new home for shooting. But in the mean time, here is my cat.
Her name is Oreo. But because of her Monroe beauty mark, we’ve decided her full name is Marilyn Monr’Oreo.
In February, my partner and I decided to start looking online at shelters for dogs. My only rule was no cats. I am allergic, and truly, more of a dog person.
One hour later, this girl comes waltzing into my house like she owns the place, demanding to be fed and snuggled.
When we finally got her into the vet the following week, we learned her chip was registered to a family in Ohio! (I live in New Jersey.) Anyway, after a pretty strange telephone conversation, it was decided that we could keep her.
Anyway — she is cuddlier than any dog I have ever had, and just as emotionally needy as I am. She’s also extremely photogenic, as you can see. I now take allergy meds daily … worth it.
