Befriending the Light
Sekaa posed for me in between our sessions during The Desert Adventure. I was working with my iPhone7s. During the retreat, it's difficult to bring a camera along and try to figure it out with what little break time we have. The participants were packing up and getting ready to hike to the next location. We had very little time, and the sun was creeping very quickly into the canyon. So we just worked with that. Are these photographs technically (in terms of light) very good? No. But I still feel something when I look at them, and that's a good sign.
