Hi everyone.

I finally returned home after a very long tour. I wish every human on the planet could have seen my grandfather's face when I peeped into his room and he caught a look at me in the mirror. He did not expect me, and his jubilant laughter was absolutely heart wrenching, in all the right ways.

I will be taking an indefinite hiatus to spend my grandfather's last days with him. In that time, I hope to be more active here. Tomorrow we are going to his oncologist, where we must make a very difficult decision.

I am just shaking off the travel, settling in, and finding my groove. There will be a lot of rolling with the tide in the next six months.

For now, here is an image from my recent collaboration with Photosensualis! We shot along the northern California coast, and in the thick of the Redwood groves. More to see in the coming days.
