I used to be fascinated.
By tiny doors.
Metaphorical portals
Of possibility.
Child size entryways
To infinite,
Potent worlds
Some days
I am hypersensitive
To every vibration.
Glutted through and through
In the texture and aroma
The taste and song
The heavy throngs
Of vitality and suffering,
And I know
That I am just a few synapses
From total synergy
With the multiverse
Those days,
I am overwhelmed
By the magic of being
In all it's fibrous layers
The electricity
That weaves
That breathes
That sighs
And cries
This viscous narrative.
That connects me to
You, and you, and you.
And the beautiful timeliness
Of this wild orchestra
Full piece tomorrow night for $5+ patrons.
