No, I'm not this hip.

Finally finished up my winter tour and am enjoying some much needed time off, in Virginia, with my younger sisters. Today is a coffee shop day, where I catch up on emails, tour planning, and work on any of the multiple projects I've got stewing. My 17 year old sister is a fine visual artist. So I created a little still life out of my objects for her to draw while I work. She ended up drawing something much more interesting. She has always been cooler than me. :-)

I'd like to give my patrons a little more intimate look at who I am in my every-dayness. I realize that I can take my work too seriously. Working on that! However, I really do not care for the limited format of the Patreon blog. It only allows me to upload one image at a time, and the rest of my images show up as links. I have sent emails to the Patreon Admin, and have heard nothing back.

So I'll pose the question to you: If I set up a private Tumblr account just for my Patreon patrons, where I kept blog updates on my tour and behind the scenes type of stuff, would you appreciate it? Would you rather I kept my blog here, and just open my images in links on my patreon site?

Please let me know... I'd like to post more times per week, and this is part of working out those kinks.

Thank you!

PS- Thanks, Patrick, for the book! Finally have had the time to start reading it.

xo.
