Crutches!!
Added 2024-11-15 14:52:19 +0000 UTCENG - With this cast I realized that after the pregnancy I was out of shape with the crutches, I went back to the gym to strengthen my arms, I think that's an important reason right? What do you say? Hahaha
DE - Mit diesem Gipsverband habe ich gemerkt, dass ich nach der Schwangerschaft mit den Krücken nicht mehr in Form war, ich bin wieder ins Fitnessstudio gegangen, um meine Arme zu stärken, ich denke, das ist ein wichtiger Grund, oder? Was sagt ihr dazu? Hahaha
PT - Com esse gesso percebi que depois da gravidez eu estou fora de forma com as muletas, voltei para a academia para fortalecer os meus braços, acho que esse é um motivo importante correto? O que vocês me dizem? Hahaha
