Pain in my hand
Added 2023-10-30 13:34:28 +0000 UTCENG - This was my first cast with forearm crutches, and because I'm not used to them, my hand was sore. The crutch is very old from the beginning of cast day. But I've already bought a new one and I'll show it to you in a few days. I've even bought an accessory for the new crutch that will make the hand support softer :)
DE - Dies war mein erster Gipsverband mit Unterarmgehstützen, und da ich nicht an sie gewöhnt bin, war meine Hand schmerzhaft. Die Krücke ist schon ziemlich alt und stammt vom Anfang des Gipses. Aber ich habe schon eine neue gekauft und werde sie euch in ein paar Tagen zeigen. Ich habe sogar ein Zubehör für die neue Krücke gekauft, das die Handauflage weicher macht :)
PT - Esse foi o primeiro gesso com as muletas de antebraço, e como não estou acostumada, a minha mão ficou dolorida. A muleta é bem antiga do início do castday. Mas já comprei uma nova e daqui uns dias mostrarei para vocês. Inclusive comprei um acessório para a muleta nova que deixará o apoio da mão mais macio :)
