ENG - This is a challenging and very complicated plaster to make. While it needs to be comfortable, it also needs to be stiff and strong, because if the waist part is not strong, it will break. I made the cast on Friday night and was going to take it off on Sunday night, but we had a problem on the way and things had to change on Sunday at lunch. I will comment on what happened in the next post.

DE - Die Herstellung dieses Gipses ist eine Herausforderung und sehr kompliziert. Er muss nicht nur bequem sein, sondern auch steif und widerstandsfähig, denn wenn die Taille nicht stabil ist, bricht sie. Ich habe den Gips am Freitagabend angefertigt und wollte ihn am Sonntagabend abnehmen, aber wir hatten ein Problem auf dem Weg und die Dinge mussten sich am Sonntagmittag ändern. PT - Esse é um gesso desafiador e bem complicado de fazer. Ao mesmo tempo que precisa estar confortável, também precisa estar rígido e resistente, pois se a parte da cintura não estiver forte, ele quebra.
