Current state of the project
Added 2018-10-04 00:28:54 +0000 UTCI think its time to summarize what happened recently and talk about short term plans.
- implemented a new model which is amazing!
- also finished fullbody softbody physics, it was really hard time but made it, works fine! Its a simplified algorithm running on the gpu using compute shaders. Maybe not perfect in some cases but I'm always targeting performance, I can complicate it if necessary...
- fullbody soft body needed to rethink how cloths works, so I found a nice and fast solution for layered conforming clothing. I'm really proud of it, its seamless and almost perfect :) Of course using compute shaders :)
- added gym as a training ground which is still available for patrons only
- instead of posemods sliders added draggable ik pose modifier, still in development need to make this more flexible and bug-free, I'm using a custom ik solution for unity called BioIK which is way better then any other I could find, but still hard to controll, so I'm working on it
- added time scale slider, which is really nice way to play with softbody, you can test it more soon in the gym ;)
- master patrons have access to cheat menu with lots of cheats and body modification sliders
Short term plans:
- I'll finish and decorate the gym scene and add it to public build
- already working on character generator scene, where you will gain accces to body modification sliders, later I want tons of it :) patrons will always have controll over them in the cheat menu. It will brake current save mechanism but from there you can save profiles and name your girl
- and of course I'm cooking something for patrons :)
