Speaking of palm mutes, they've been SO much more annoying this week than last time I worked on them--for some reason they just sound bad in a way I can't even begin to articulate, I'm just dissatisfied with them. But you're right, the important thing is putting the work in and either I'll figure it out or stop being so hard on myself, and they'll sort themselves out in the end. Thanks, teach!
