An Undead Detective
Added 2023-10-23 16:45:10 +0000 UTCI once had a dream of meeting a detective in a maze of underground tunnels. She had the head of a half-decomposed cat skull and the body of Columbo. She was hired by a group of people who established a township in the tunnels to investigate a missing persons case. Their religious leader found a way out of the tunnels but was, suspiciously, unable to find their way back to tell the rest of the town. It was "Detective Izzy's" job to find this leader and bring them back.
The people in town always wore blue accompanied with an empty golden locket around their necks. They always cried over the loss of their leader but couldn't recall what they looked like. I didn't really participate in the events, I just followed the detective around like her sidekick.
Anyway, there's a lot of "dream-logic" behind the concepts but I thought they were interesting enough to draw and share. Talking about dreams can be boring but sometimes I can't help it haha. Waking up from a good mystery can give me the energy to face the day.
