RL Update: Snowday

Hey there folks,

Wanted to give you all an update since it's been a while and I haven't posted anything. So a bit of explanation might be in order.

Heading home from visiting Durrn for Christmas, I caught a bug. This bug progressed into pneumonia that basically shut down one of my lungs. Was... really bad, not going to lie. Took me a little more than two weeks to get over the worst of it, and I've still got an occasional cough. So, I was barely able to stay awake and at the computer, I was pretty well ruined while I had and was recovering from that.

Then, last week, we had A Blizzard. It was handily the worst snowstorm we've ver had here, shattering our single day snowfall record at around 75cm (~2.5ft) and combining that with 160kph (100mph) winds, for two days. It was a Snow Hurricane, and, well. We've been in a state of emergency since last week. It only just cleared today. And in trying to clear away the 4 feet of deadfall and 6+ft snowdrifts we had, I hurt my drawing hand. Still trying to recover from that now, too.

So. This month's been a bit of a writeoff, I haven't gotten much of anything done and I thought you could all do with an explanation why.

I've attached a few of the photos I took on my waterproof camera from while I was helping the family clean up from the snow.

Here's hoping I can get back to normal soon.
