Just to remind you again, doing those surgeries under just few hours is impossible. Dr.Baek is superhero in medical drama. And writer wrote him in that way intentionally to let people know current trauma care system in Korea is only sustainable if you have super human like Dr.Baek. And reality is different.

2025-03-12 17:49:50 +0000 UTCTbh i dont understand the logic that only a trauma surgeon saves lives like i get it they do a lot of the emergencies that save lives but the way this drama makes it seem like like colorectal surgeons dont do that is just ridiculous if a person gets colon cancer and a part of the intestine has to be removed a trauma surgeon is of no use so it really bothers me that to highlight trauma department they kind of belittle the other departments while in relality each department saves lives in their own specific scenarios - also you guys need to google colorectal surgeon you guys seem to have confused it with plastic surgeon 😅
