I am wondering, if people would have the same level of empathy/sympathy, if the roles were reversed and a guy did this to a girl.... entering into a relationship with a false identity. Apologies....don't mean to put out any negative comments ....just thinking out loud about it. For some reason, I wasn't able to side with Eu no's character in the show...so wondering if it's just me or someone else might have similar views. It's great fun to watch it again with you guys though :)

2024-10-25 15:13:25 +0000 UTCEven if two people with completely identical personality and experiences may not fully understand each other. Eun-o is just a character in a TV drama that can be disliked or liked. Actually, this character is very realistic. No one is perfect. The sentence you quoted has received so many likes on TikTok, indicating that many people can empathize with Eun-o. Of course, there is a lot of empathy towards Jae-won. There is no need to always distinguish right from wrong when watching a drama. Looking at the reasons behind their choices from a third perspective, it is more meaningful to draw life experience from them.

2024-10-25 04:46:38 +0000 UTCYou guys are so biased! ๐คฃ๐๐ I'm saying I understand why you are, but imma still give you shiit. ๐ Ji Won is beautiful, you've seen her more, of course you wanna root for her, but seriously? ๐๐ You're all up on her side saying he had no right to show such emotions, so what if she is just playing around, oh she's a free spirit.... but now that he caught her in her lies, you're so empathic to her needs when y'all were ragging on him in the first part for wanting something real. ๐

2024-10-24 22:37:42 +0000 UTCI am actually with you on this one. I do get that she was wronged, lied to and gaslit, but i feel like she ended up doing the same to Jae-won.

2024-10-24 20:06:33 +0000 UTCShe wanted to explain but missed the opportunity to do so and didn't know where to start. The first few episodes only showed Jae won's pain and Eun-o seemed to say cold-blooded words. In fact, she is in more pain than Jae won. When the two of them recalled their time together, Jaewon was smiling, but Euno's face was full of sadness. She broke up in the wrong way, but I can empathize with all her actions after knowing the entire plot. Her previous phone breakup, if it were any other man, would have forgotten about this relationship long ago. It's because they are both special to each other that she dare not confess, and he hasn't forgotten either.

2024-10-24 16:44:12 +0000 UTCThe first episode gave a hint that what they said during the interview may not necessarily be true. You need to watch the entire drama to correctly determine whether the six of them are telling the truth or lying. Eun-o's claim that she threw away the ring and had forgotten about Jaewon is a lie. She has also been in great pain. It's quite funny to watch them lying seriously when rewatching this drama after knowing the plot. Eun-o disappeared for three months and returned with a drastic change in her personality. Her friends knew something must have happened, but they didn't ask anything. They just stayed by her side and handed her tissues when she cried. This kind of friendship is also enviable.

2024-10-24 16:06:32 +0000 UTCI remember getting even madder when she said Jae-won gave her those cameras at the station lol. Like wow bitch you wanna save face so much that you'd rather call him a false accuser in front of police. When he's saying everything that he can to save her ass, too. I understand her self-hatred. Hell I even understand the desire to be remembered as the amazing girl that you think your man fell in love with and not wanting to taint that. But at the end of the day, that's your issue and no one else's. If you don't want to explain everything, just say you don't want to. But be human enough to own up to your shit, is what I'm saying. I mean Jae-won isn't without his faults either, but at least he owns them and apologizes. (I don't know if I'll ever have a change of heart regarding my lack of sympathy for Eun-o during this phase of the story)
