2024-09-23 04:05:42 +0000 UTCSijin crying over Agoose - on one hand I agree it would've been nicer to have more background scenes between them, but on the other hand, I see there were a plenty enough expositions to justify his reactions. Just how many times have we seen the moment when Agoose was rescued by Sijin while one of Sijin's fellow soldiers was shot instead? I can see him crying over the sad reality of him having to shoot someone he had saved himself at the cost of the life of another fellow he respected. It's quite ironic and also tragic, if you will. While brief, the funeral on the airfield scene earlier where Sijin, Daniel, and Agoose all attended, while Sijin reminiscing taking pictures with Agoose was enough for me.
