2024-03-23 20:58:00 +0000 UTCthe gangster storyline, the shaman storyline, and the highschooler storyline really bring the show down imo. there's no need to add such horribly campy dialogue and 'humor'. it's peak cringe. i also feel like the director and writer were trying to fit two very different shows in to one to make it fill out a full slot. this was before mini series were popular. i think the cutesy romance and the sharp cuts to the killer just aren't cohesive. the chemistry saves the show.

And don’t listen to anyone who says it’s similar to this show lol, the only similarity is that the female leads are the stronger ones.
