2024-03-06 23:47:10 +0000 UTCJust correcting the comment above. The main character's name is μ΄μ¬(Yi-Jae or Yee-Jae, like in the subtitles here) which sounds identical to μ΄μ ("now") when pronounced. The original title of the show is "Yi-Jae is dying soon" which could be heard as "Now I'm dying soon" due to the word "Yi-Jae". Simply put, it's a word play. So when Gyeon-U said "μ΄μ (Now)", it sounded like "μ΄μ¬(Yi-Jae)", which startled Ji-Su.
