Guide to Justice League (Early Access for Crushing Comics Club members)

Today I'm excited to bring you the launch of a major cornerstone piece of content for the DC Comics section of Crushing Comics:

Justice League - The Definitive Collecting Guide and Reading Order

This guide covers every in-continuity Justice League title from their 1960 debut through present day, including all of their many one-shots and OGNs.

That turned out to be less complicated than it was when I began, but this is just one of those times when the organization of something wouldn't become obvious until I had spend a lot of time chipping away at it. 

I originally conceived of this page as three different pages for Justice League, Justice League of America, and Justice League Europe/International and other supporting titles. However, in researching the various runs I learned that there is no functional difference between JL and JLA, with the two titles alternating the flagship role through Flashpoint and now generally co-existing. 

Furthermore, Justice League International was the JL flagship after Crisis, so it didn't make sense to relegate it to its own page.

From there I realized that all of the series needed to be on a single, unified Justice League page. Then the only really challenge was indexing all of the information - and it was quite a challenge! This guide took the longest of all of my DC single-title guides thus far except for Wonder Woman.

I still plan to add some form of "Quick Start" section to this guide before its launch to the general public, as it has an overwhelming amount of comic books on it right now!

While my main focus this month has been on the launch of the Crushing Comics YouTube show, it was important to me that I also get back to bringing you fresh content in exchange for your keeping CK up and running each month

Next up? I think you'll see another pair of guides this month, but I'm not sure which will be next. I still owe you the exclusive Patrons' Choice Vision guide, I have a major hero from both Marvel and DC I'd like to wrap up, and I also have a set of "meta" guide pages for Marvel that I think would add a lot of organization to Crushing Comics.
