Scarlet Witch would have been an impossible guide to crack before producing the guides I've launched in this Patreon campaign, like Magneto, Jessica Jones, and Batwoman. Those guides helped me create an improved framework for how to track a character who spends most of their time outside of their own title - or, in Magneto's case, who spent over 50 years without his own ongoing!

Scarlet Witch fits that bill perfectly, with fifty years as an Avengers with few hiatuses but just three limited series and a pair of one-shots to her credit prior to her recently-wrapped 2016 ongoing series.

The key for me in these guides is to pull out the things you ought to pay attention to. Not just the big "greatest hits" storylines, but the guest appearances that are more than just cameos. With Witch I couldn't possibly do that for her entire career, so I focused on defining her brief pre-Avengers period and tracking her perfectly issue-by-issue from Avengers Disassembled to present.

And, of course, the guide has the obsessive tracking of every single credited experience you've come to know and love from Crushing Krisis ;)
