changed my vote from OBS to 2521! hope 2521 pulls thru, feel like the story just hits better and we can see our Yichan again, SGBS is a little problematic and idk personally the plot doesn’t hit but if it’s still tied both should be picked!

2023-12-23 20:05:35 +0000 UTCThis poll is a difficult one: Reply 1988 and It’s Okay, It’s Love are cult classic both in South Korea and internationally. They are even referenced in other K-dramas. Twenty Five Twenty one, Because this is My First Life, Hometown Cha Cha Cha, Fight for my Way, What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim, and Our Beloved Summer were all well received and got multiple awards. We also have Strong Girl Bong-Soon, the original from 2017 (힘쎈여자 도봉순) and not the spin-off/sequel from 2023, Strong Girl Nam-soon (힘쎈여자 강남순), which some may confuse. The original is also a bit problematic; can't say for the second one as I haven't watched it. And W two Worlds, the sole one in its genre (thriller/fantasy).

( personaly i chose our beloved summer) this is the kind of show you dont forget easily

OBS is directed in such a unique way, it takes you on a ride in unraveling the main leads’ relationship, the chemistry is there while 2521 just hits different in terms of nostalgia and the acting is just chef’s kiss together with great storytelling!

Since it's been a while sice you watched a bl I thought why not recommend another one, right?

The female lead is also very unique and the dynamics in the show really stuck to me. All the characters of 2521 still have a special place in my heart so why not re watch them with you guys. BUT IM STILL FINE WITH ANY OTHER SHOW ON THIS LIST. THEY’RE ALL GOOD.
