One thing I wonder is how Mi-Hyun ended up on Frank's targets list. She never was a black ops agent and had been living with her abilities pretty well hidden.

2023-11-08 18:08:55 +0000 UTCThe reason for taking out the older agents w/ abilities was explained by Director Min in an earlier episode - although that's also his speculation only. All of their missions were pre-approved by the U.S. and therefore they know a lot of CIA's secrets. They were tying up loose ends.

2023-11-08 18:01:55 +0000 UTCI think it was more of the Americans were trying to take out the South Koreans with abilities because they don't want anybody else with that power but them. Also, I don't think they know that the North has people with abilities as well, and that could be the reason they are not going after them too. As someone said in the comments you should watch Happiness it's really good and it's kind of like a zombie show and it stars Bong Seok's mom.
