omg, so excited for the kpop reactions😊. Lee Ji Eun is a special one. She's so multitalented, it's crazy. My favourite IU song is "Palette". I found it a year or 2 before I turned 25, and it was such a blessing to me😭. Coz let me tell you, I was afraid of turning 25. Petrified! For girls, It feels like that big age when you must finally accept adulthood and oh the shock when for the 1st time people start calling you old. I found " Palette'" when I was 23,...and it was like an older sister telling me, 'you'll be fine. You've got this. Infact, you'll like 25.' She didn't lie. I loved it. 23. I can't forget to mention "Twenty three" coz it amazed me how she captured in words the craziness of that age.. the craziness of transitioning into an adult. "Me, an adult? No, i'm still a child. Wait, am I both? Do i get to choose who i'll be? I'm twenty three. I'm a riddle! omg, she's a poet! I really can't tell if she's a better actress, singer or songwriter. Her music videos don't do her justice. I recommend watching her live perfomance of her songs "Hold My Hand" and "Blueming" from her Love Poem 2019 Concert. It's magical I also recommend IU's Dingo Killing Voice, where she sings songs from her 20s. Her discography is insane!!! You'll get to see a bit of her personality, her songwriting and of course her voice. My favorite IU drama..., "My Mister(2018)". Nae Ahjussi. It's the one. It's the drama that stamped her talent as an actress. Someone described it by saying that in My Mister, the kdrama world was introduced to the actress Lee Ji Eun. It's not her 1st drama, but it's the one where it's discovered that she can truly act. With Hotel Deluna, she's already cleared any doubt about her talent. (Koreans don't trust kpop idols turned actors). But she can now be trusted. So they say here are some crazy outfits, go and do you. I really hope you guys get to watch it, cause it's one of those kdramas that make you realise how far ahead Korea is in the television industry. My fav lines: 1. Ahjussi: 'I can't die today, I'm not wearing expensive underwear' 2. Ahjussi tries to start small, office talk with Lee Ji An(IU) Ahjussi: What's the worst you have ever done? Lee Ji An: Killed a person Ahjussi: Sorry for the long comment. I got a little excited there😅
